“Shredded Beef”  again

The holidays are over and we are back to our Wed/Thurs off day.  Either start your week with 3 workouts or finish it with 3.  Bottom line, different schedule, same work, same commitment.  This way when your here burning yourself down on a sprint to the finish you know that the light at the end of the tunnel isn’t a train but an off day.

    Leftover shredded beef? I think I’ll pass. I’ve been thinking about Tim’s post yesterday, ominously warning us of the pain to come from the instruments of destruction he’s been building. Makes me think that Tim’s calm, good-natured exterior belies a true sado-masochist inside.

    I, for one, enjoyed the extra 90 minutes of sleep this morning.

      Anybody remember filling, wrapping, then CARRYING the sandbags????

    well, I blogged too soon. Just got a text from #1 and she wants to crossfit before heading back to school. I hate to miss the opportunity to bond with my daughter. Matt – you have a preference for either of the time slots?

    ME TOOOOOOOOOO Tim!! OMG I am looking forward to just going home and being HOME…it’s going to be REALLY cold out and I wanna be INSIDE with my heater blasting!!
