Cleans x 30

Front Squat x 30

Push Press x 30

Last movement of the day, Jessica doesn't show any signs of slowing down.


Looks like Kevin is seeking a little help from the squat gods.

First day on the barbells and takled the Dirty Bear like a pro.

    I hate having to post when someone has already posted with the “I didn’t do well” message and their time smokes mine.

    I have no excuse – 105 lbs, 11:51. Have I told you lately how much I hate cleans?? A continued, glaring weakness. Feels like I’m pulling the bar through wet cement.
