The Downhill

Deadlift (10,9,8,7,6,……)

Ab-Mat Sit Ups ¬†(20-18-16…..)

Push Ups (10,9,8,7,6,……)

“Downhill” refers to an expression athletes often hear from me as the numbers in a workout get smaller, by no means should they let off the gas pedal. ¬†Just the opposite, we can see the finish line (often taste it) and we want to finish at full speed and with an empty tank.
