Saturday 9:00 am

Get up, slurp a coffee and be ready to work,  it’s going to be fantastic weather for a workout, especially if you want to come by and check out the Silverback Nation for the first time.

Here is what happened…

“Those Burpees Suck”

Pull Ups x 10 + Kettle Bell Swings x 20 + Box Jumps x 30+  Push Ups x40 + Ab-Mat sit ups x 50 + Burpees x 60 + Pull Ups x 10

I took more than the usual number of photo’s this morning and quite a few turned out really well, but this was my favorite hands down.  Lead from the front and lead by example, way to go Casey.

Leadership: When you finish your 60 Burpees and go back and do them again as encouragement. That's the Silverback Nation

    Wow, way to go Silverback Nation! Incredible effort from everybody and it was awesome working out with you all this morning. Casey, it really was inspiring watching you ‘set the pace’ for Christina. And Christina; 60 consecutive Burpees – WOW – awesome feat!
    I used the 53# KB & the 24″ box.
    Took me 15:14min.

    WAY TO GO CHRISTINA!!!! I know it wasn’t great at the time but what an accomplishment! I would be stopping random people all day and saying “Do you know what I did today?” Casey, what you did is part of why I like this gym so much. I get such strength from both you “glamazons” (glorious amazons). Jim, Gary, Drew and Brad way to push through. Congrats Brad.

    WOW!!! Sounds like yall did great! I’m so sorry I missed it….I was actually on my way there Sat and had to go back home and take my cat to the vet….he’s 20 years old……..
    HOWEVER I DID get in a good workout just didn’t get to do it with yall 🙁

    We will be closed after the morning workouts on Christmas Eve and all of Christmas Day. Ready to roll on the 26th at 9:00 am
