    Oh man…..the “basics”. The basics were humbling this morning. I couldn’t even get through the first 15 pull ups kipping. Used the small band. My hand is still sore but honestly I just need to get stronger. Made up all my time on squats. 14:??

    So pround of you Casey! Way to go! Gary and I decided to sleep in today and I know I’ll pay for it later. I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and we’ll see you soon, notice how I didn’t commit to any particular day.
