- Hobbies or what do you enjoy outside of CrossFit? I do a lot of shotgun shooting, including skeets and sporting clays. I also like to read and do puzzles to relax.
- Favorite cheat food? Spaghetti
- How long have you been doing CrossFit and how it has changed your life? I have been doing CrossFit since 2017. I lost, and have kept off, about thirty-five pounds. My joints feel so much better, and I am definitely much fitter. The nice part of being in good shape is my kids and grandkids have a hard time keeping up with me.
