- How long have you been doing CrossFit and how it has changed your life? Since 2013, and it has completely changed my mindset, both in life and in athletics. It has taught me that with faith and effort I can overcome anything. Nothing is too hard when I trust in God’s plan and His timing and believe in the strength He’s given me. The challenges and lessons I have faced in CrossFit have carried over into every aspect of my life. I have learned never to underestimate myself or my abilities.
