- Favorite movement? Every day I “get to” and I find enjoyment in each WOD and each lift. Each day we create workouts that allow every single athlete to learn and experience hard things and “get to” work through these hard things with others. Community is a blessing!
- Hobbies or what do you enjoy outside of CrossFit? Spending time with my wife, Delaina, reading and walking in faith with men.
