- Hobbies or what do you enjoy outside of CrossFit? In my off time, I enjoy being around my family and helping them with sports or activities. I also like playing adult softball on Sundays.
- Favorite cheat food? Pizza
- How long have you been doing CrossFit and how it has changed your life? I have been doing CrossFit since 2017, and really like the community that encourages you to challenge yourself and get better. CrossFit has changed my life by helping me to lose weight and get stronger. When I first started working out, I was 340 pounds and today I am down to 285.
