- Hobbies or what do you enjoy outside of CrossFit? Outside of CrossFit, I am a school counselor. My hobbies, besides CrossFit and coaching HIIT are shopping, cooking, and spending time with my family. 🩷
- Favorite cheat food? My favorite cheat food is pizza! 🍕
- How long have you been doing CrossFit and how it has changed your life? Since 2013 – can you believe it?! Best decision EVER! This has been so much more than just workouts; it has been a total life-changer. From challenging myself on tough workouts and doing what I never thought I could do, to adopting healthy habits, every step of this journey has been AWESOME! But the real magic? The community- I have met the most incredible friends who make every class so much fun!
