- Favorite movement? Believe it or not, burpees of any kind!
- Hobbies or what do you enjoy outside of Crossfit? I am a mom to three girls in their twenties, and a high school PE teacher who definitely makes her students CrossFit most days.
- Favorite cheat food? I honestly do not have a favorite cheat food. My diet is pretty boring!
- How long have you been doing CrossFit and how it has changed your life? I have been doing CrossFit since 2012. CrossFit makes me a better mother, wife, teacher, friend, etc. It carries over into all other aspects of my life. I did not start CrossFit until I was forty-three. At 55, I am in the best shape of my life, and I have been extremely active most of it.
