- Hobbies or what do you enjoy outside of CrossFit? I enjoy yardwork, gardening, cooking, going to concerts, and reading.

- How long have you been doing CrossFit and how it has changed your life? I started Crossfit in 2012, and I found a community that I did not know I was looking for. We have the same goals for a healthy lifestyle and a love of exercise.
