- Favorite movement? My favorite movements are wall balls, deadlifts, and the assault bike. A perfect WOD for me would be a 20 min AMRAP of an ascending rep ladder of these three movements. And for fun, I like to pull out the sleds for extra work.
- Hobbies or what do you enjoy outside of CrossFit? I love spending time with my husband and son, often trying out new restaurants or watching historical documentaries. My passion for years was running, and I still enjoy going for a jog listening to some great tunes. You will find me with a book at every opportunity that I get.
- Favorite cheat food? Charcuterie boards and they must have Brie!
- How long have you been doing CrossFit and how it has changed your life? I joined CrossFit Silverback back in 2013. I was a mom to a nearly 3-year-old struggling with my weight and energy. My bestie encouraged me to try CrossFit and it was the best decision. A lot has happened over the last 11 years, but CrossFit and the community have kept me grounded and motivated to keep my health a priority.

- Anything else you want to share? I not only enjoy doing CrossFit, but I love the sport of it. My favorite games athlete is Annie Thorisdottir, and I was able to meet her last year at the 2023 Rogue Invitational!
