- Favorite movement? My favorite movement is the deadlift, and I was able to deadlift twice my body weight.
- Hobbies or what do you enjoy outside of CrossFit? Outside of CrossFit, I enjoy hiking and traveling with my family. Life is all about making memories!
- Favorite cheat food? My favorite cheat food is a cupcake (or two). My other vice is wine!
- How long have you been doing CrossFit and how it has changed your life? I have been a gym rat since my high school days, but when I started CrossFit in the summer of 2012, I finally found the results I always wanted to achieve. CrossFit has improved my mental strength and built muscles I never knew existed. With these new muscles, I was able to successfully hike the Grand Canyon in a single day, bike the Houston MS 150, and complete a Tough Mudder.
