- Hobbies or what do you enjoy outside of CrossFit? Traveling and spending time with friends and family. Outdoor fitness (running, hiking, and biking). Life is busy so I also really enjoy quiet time at home.

- How long have you been doing CrossFit and how it has changed your life? I have been doing CrossFit since 2012. CrossFit has given me strength and endurance I did not think I would have at my age. The workouts and training have helped me develop mental resilience that have translated into other aspects of my life. CrossFit has been a great way to push myself out of my comfort zone and continually learn new skills and is a great stress reliever at the same time. Awareness and importance of nutrition is something I have become more aware of since making good choices is what helps fuel our bodies to do all these fun and exciting workouts.
